The Management Team are responsible for providing a domiciliary care service for vulnerable adults and older people in the community meeting all requirements as set out by the Care Quality Commission. Their overall aim is to provide a quality care service.

Quality Assurance Team
The quality Assurance team’s principle role is to ensure processes are in place to provide customer satisfaction and that there is the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery. They will carry out person centred care assessments, risk assessments and reviews in line with the organisations policies and procedures.
To provide the best quality care to our customers, the staff at VCCL are fully trained by a highly qualified and experienced Training Officer.
We have a Human Resource, financial and administrative support team, who on a day to day basis provide efficient delivery of invoicing, salary payments, salary adjustments and recruitment processes.
Our care team will organise and plan the delivery of care and maintain customer continuity in order to provide a quality service.
