If you are seeking help for the first time, it can be a daunting prospect. You need to know that you are dealing with people you can trust and enlisting care that is the quality that you expect. At Victoria Community Care, you will find compassionate and reliable people with a proven track record. All our care staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 with many working towards Level 3. We have rigorous recruitment, selection and training processes to ensure our staff have the right skills and motivation to do a great job.
To ensure that you are receiving the best possible service we operate an electronic monitoring service. Our staff are required to log in by telephone to record their arrival and departure times at a client’s home. If a carer fails to register their arrival for a visit we are alerted at head office and can make enquiries to ensure that you and the member of staff are safe and well.
We believe that caring for people is not just about what you do but the way in which you do it. And, to make sure that we get it right, we listen to what you, our customers, have to say. At regular meetings we invite clients and their families to tell us what they think about the service we provide. From this feedback we can ensure that the highest levels of service are maintained.
